Now owned by Judd and Michelle Sturm with their 4 girls, Ayla, Alyssa, Logan and Lexi. We have put a lot of love and work into making this resort one of a kind. We will accommodate anyone to the best of our abilities and will treat you like family.

AshKaNam Resort is a full-service Minnesota fishing resort that’s open in all four seasons.  Our family resort is nestled at the doors step of Voyageurs National Park, where thousands of acres of clean, refreshing water is available to you. Everything you need for a great vacation in northern Minnesota is here!  We have cozy hotel rooms, beautiful condos, log housekeeping cabins, houseboats, fishing boat rentals, fishing guides, lake tours, and a large bar/restaurant to accommodate groups large and small.  We welcome anyone that’s looking for an adventure in Northern Minnesota and also welcome families, corporate groups, reunions, and incentive travel.  We have amazing access to pristine wilderness if you’re looking to get away from it all and also have excellent fishing for anyone looking to get onto the water to catch a big one.  Anglers can fish for walleye, pike, perch, smallmouth bass, crappie, and in the winter, we offer Minnesota ice fishing.

AshKaNam Resort is located at the junction of the Ash River, Lake Kabetogama, and Namakan Lakes.  This area is still pristine and the only water-based national park in the nation.
